5. Supplier Relationships

While we conduct thorough supplier verification, we act as intermediaries and are not responsible for manufacturer actions. Final responsibility for quality acceptance and payment terms rests with the client and supplier.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

Vyanna Global acts in good faith as a sourcing intermediary. We are not liable for manufacturing defects, shipping delays, or supplier non-performance beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid for the specific project.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of client information and sourcing projects. Clients similarly agree not to directly approach manufacturers we introduce without prior written agreement.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients remain responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or arbitration.
